MyEconVault
Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
These Terms of Service govern access to myeconvault.com and the purchase or use of MyEconVault digital products. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Store information
Trading name: MyEconVault
Operating country: United Kingdom
Company registration: not incorporated
VAT registration: not registered for VAT
Email: team@myeconvault.com
2. Eligibility and authority
You must provide accurate information and have legal capacity to enter the transaction. A customer under 18 should purchase only with the permission and involvement of a parent or guardian. If you buy for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it.
3. Products and availability
MyEconVault supplies digital educational resources. The first products are planned for Autumn 2026: Question Structure Vault, Diagram Vault, Analysis Vault and Evaluation Vault, each offered separately. Products are available only when the store clearly states that they are on sale. Product descriptions, contents, compatibility information and prices shown at checkout form part of the purchase information.
4. Orders and payment
An order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when payment is accepted and we confirm the order, subject to any lawful cancellation. We may refuse or cancel an order where payment is unauthorised, information is materially inaccurate, fraud is suspected, a pricing error is obvious or fulfilment is legally prohibited.
5. Digital delivery
Access instructions or download links are supplied electronically. You are responsible for providing a working email address, checking spam folders, using compatible software and keeping links and credentials secure.
6. Personal-use licence
Unless a product page expressly grants a different licence, each purchase gives the named customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the files for that customer's own private study. Ownership and intellectual-property rights do not transfer.
7. Prohibited use
You must not, without prior written permission:
- share, lend, gift, forward or distribute a file or download link;
- upload content to a public drive, shared folder, website, social platform, file-sharing service, marketplace or repository;
- resell, sublicense, rent, bundle or commercially exploit a resource;
- copy resources for a class, tutoring group, school, business or organisation under an individual licence;
- remove or alter copyright notices, watermarks, order identifiers or security features;
- claim the content as your own or create a substantially copied competing resource;
- use automated tools to scrape or reproduce substantial parts of the content;
- upload files to a third-party AI or other service where the content may be used for training, reuse or disclosure beyond your private authorised use;
- circumvent access limits, download controls or technical protections;
- use the store or content for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or infringing activity.
Schools, tutors or organisations requiring broader use must obtain written permission or an appropriate licence.
8. Protection against sharing and fraud
Files or access records may contain visible or non-visible order identifiers, customer identifiers or watermarks where lawful and appropriately disclosed. We may use reasonable technical, transactional and access evidence to investigate unauthorised distribution, fraud or licence abuse.
Where there is reasonable evidence of a serious breach, we may suspend access, disable links, refuse future orders, preserve relevant evidence and pursue proportionate contractual or legal remedies.
9. Intellectual property and independent status
The site, branding, text, layouts, diagrams, graphics, frameworks, questions and downloadable materials are owned by or licensed to MyEconVault. Pearson, Edexcel and related marks belong to their respective owners. MyEconVault is not affiliated with or endorsed by Pearson or Edexcel.
10. Educational disclaimer
Resources support revision and exam preparation but do not replace teaching, the official specification or individual judgement. We do not guarantee a particular grade, mark, university offer or other outcome.
11. Refunds and cancellation
The Refund Policy and 7-day Quality Guarantee applies. Where you expressly request immediate digital supply and acknowledge the consequences, an applicable statutory cancellation right may be lost once supply begins. Statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed digital content remain unaffected.
12. Acceptable website use
You must not interfere with the store, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, misuse forms, impersonate another person, use stolen payment details or place orders designed to exploit errors or promotions.
13. Availability and third-party services
The store relies on services such as Shopify and payment providers. We may maintain, update or temporarily restrict the website. Reasonable steps will be taken to preserve paid access, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
14. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability where exclusion is unlawful, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
For consumers, we are responsible for loss that is a foreseeable result of our breach or failure to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable, for business losses arising from a consumer purchase, or for problems caused by incompatible systems clearly disclosed before purchase, misuse, unauthorised sharing or events outside our reasonable control.
15. Termination
We may restrict use or terminate a licence for a material breach, fraud or serious misuse. Clauses concerning payment, intellectual property, prohibited use, liability and dispute resolution continue where relevant.
16. Changes, governing law and general terms
The current terms apply from their stated update date. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, mandatory protections and court rights available in your home jurisdiction are not excluded.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. You may not transfer your licence without permission except where the law permits.
